Zacks Rebranding|I OWN

I OWN is the winning campaign concept I developed and executed that is now the basis for Zacks' new brand identity and personality.
The copy aims to pull on the emotional cord first and foremost by demonstrating Zacks can make a prospect’s life better, easier and more enjoyable.
The customer controls his/her own investment goals, future, retirement, holdings, family’s security, investment risk, etc. but taking ownership doesn’t mean he/she has to do it alone. Zacks is a resource who can help. The overall voice is consumer centric and benefit driven, and the tone is empowering and confident.
The new branding has contributed to a positive customer experience and 59% higher sales than the same time last year.

Vi Campaign Development
My Life. My Way.

After creating and launching two successful campaigns that positioned Vi as the solution for older adults looking for more stability and peace of mind during the Great Recession, my challenge was to come up with a campaign that would stand out from the competition. Rather than focus on incentives and slashed pricing, I created My Life. My Way., a campaign that used actual residents to personify the brand.
From January 2011 to March 2011, lead generation increased 47%.
